Ojon can be a bit heavy. I'm a little too much, and my hair felt like a ball of fat. Absolutely do not want to leave overnight. Use a regular shampoo and shampoo to clarify that on your hair. I recommend that only a small amount each time. I'm realtively thick hair and my hair is actually weighted. I love the products, but sparingly so. Not every day shampoo / conditioner, try using only 1 time per week, and this should help.
